From the soils report to the planting plan.
We coordinate with your architect and GC from the earliest grading meeting so the outdoor envelope is engineered into the project — not bolted on at the end.
Early. Before the grading is final.
The most expensive landscape decisions on a new build are made before the foundation is poured — grading, drainage, retaining, hardscape elevations. We work alongside the architect and GC during design development so those calls are made with the outdoor environment in mind.
Three phases of involvement.

Design coordination
Joining the architect and GC during design development to lock grades, drainage, and the outdoor envelope.

Site work & foundations
Caissons, retaining walls, drainage, and rough grading — coordinated with the home's foundation schedule.

Outdoor envelope
Pool, hardscape, masonry, planting, and irrigation — installed after the home is dried in.
