New Construction

From the soils report to the planting plan.

We coordinate with your architect and GC from the earliest grading meeting so the outdoor envelope is engineered into the project — not bolted on at the end.

When to bring us in

Early. Before the grading is final.

The most expensive landscape decisions on a new build are made before the foundation is poured — grading, drainage, retaining, hardscape elevations. We work alongside the architect and GC during design development so those calls are made with the outdoor environment in mind.

What we deliver on new builds

Three phases of involvement.

Design coordination

Building new?

Loop us in before grading is locked. The earlier the better.
