Our work

Three disciplines. One integrated studio.

Hillside engineering at the foundation. Outdoor living on top. Landscape and garden to finish — chosen, drawn, and built by the same team.

Most projects touch all three — but we'll meet you wherever the property needs you to start.

Hillside Engineering

Caissons, retaining walls, erosion control — the structural backbone that unlocks every hillside property.

Landscape & Garden

Why one studio

Three categories that don't survive being handed off.

Hillside engineering, outdoor living, and landscape look like separate trades on paper. In a finished project, they're inseparable: the retaining wall holds up the patio that holds up the pool deck that holds up the planted terrace. We keep them in one studio so the seams stay invisible.

Common questions

Most of our work is luxury residential — hillside foundations, pools, large hardscape, full backyard remodels. We're built for projects that need integrated design and engineering, not single-trade repairs.

Los Angeles County and Ventura County, with most of our projects in the Calabasas, Woodland Hills, Hidden Hills, Malibu, and Westlake Village corridor.

Yes. Structural engineering for retaining walls and caissons is part of our scope, and we run permitting through to inspection.

Sometimes. The integrated design-build model is where we're strongest — but planting-and-irrigation refreshes on existing hardscape are something we do for past clients.

From the first site walk to a completed hillside-and-hardscape project, plan on several months — varies with permitting, scope, and engineering complexity. We share a critical-path schedule before construction starts.
