The Costantini property is a classic Woodland Hills rear yard: a level pad close to the house, then a brush-covered slope climbing to the rear property line and the neighbour's fence. Before design work begins we film and walk the whole site so grades, drainage paths, existing planting, and access routes are all documented.
In this reel the pool shell is already chalked out on the graded pad — the layout stage where the design leaves paper and gets tested against the real slope, the real setbacks, and the real access for equipment. Getting this right is what keeps a hillside pool from fighting the hill for the next thirty years.
